Dedicated Support Specialist

Every EdMod school or district has a dedicated customer success team member who is with you every step of the way, from onboarding to data uploads, to training and ongoing check-ins.

Onboarding

Your support specialist begins by capturing your goals and existing teacher collaboration structures and builds a plan that ensures successful utilization of EdMod throughout the school year.

Data Services

We work with your technical team to get the right data out of your current systems uploaded to EdMod so teachers get the data they need, when they need it.

Virtual or In-Person Training

We offer both virtual and in-person platform training so your team can maximize the potential of EdMod from the start.

Professional Development

We also offer additional opportunities to deep-dive with your team on topics such as classification specific PD (i.e. Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD) or skill-gap specific PD (i.e. SEL, Executive Functioning).

LMS Integration Support

We know that the last thing teachers need is one more thing to login to. For our integrated solution, we work to ensure that all rostering, groups, and permissions in your LMS carry-over seamlessly to EdMod. We can also work with your IEP system to build integrations that pull student data at an agreed-upon frequency.
