About the Role
We’re excited to welcome a Junior Software Support Engineer onto our growing team. We’re looking for a natural problem solver with a passion for software development. This role will play a critical part in supporting our clients and internal teams with data management and technical support. This position will report directly to the Head of Engineering. We hope this individual will grow into this role and help us improve our data processing system.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creation and execution of data management scripts in Python
- Prioritize and escalate bug reports
- Assist in creating documentation for client data management, best practices, and new product features
- Assist in the QA process for client data integrity and new product releases
- Provide technical support for internal teams
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Engineering

- 0-1 year of experience in python or equivalent language
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize ongoing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
