The session will cover practical and behavioral approaches to collaborating with Paras directly in the classroom, working with them to support students, and making the best use of both your time. Managing Difficult Behaviors for Beginners

In this session, participants will gain insights into challenging behaviors in students with disabilities and learn to differentiate between various types of behaviors. They will explore the root causes of these behaviors, allowing for a more empathetic and holistic approach to behavior management. Participants will also learn how to build positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with students, fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment. The session will cover identifying common areas of need and skill gaps related to student behaviors, enabling targeted and individualized support.
